supporters and friends

The festival and our other events are all organised and run by the Trustees, Committee and other volunteers.  We have no paid staff.  As as small charity we are reliant on our own efforts to generate funds and depend on grants, donations and sponsorship to help develop and improve our activities including the festival.  Why not become a supporter or friend of Tenterden Folk Festival

Become a Friend and supporter:

The supporters’ scheme enables individuals and businesses to become more involved with the festival and helps to raise much needed funds to ensure its future development.  The whole Festival weekend, and the Trust’s other activities, are run on very tight budgets and extra assistance and funds are always needed.  For an annual donation you will be kept informed with early press releases about the festival and our other activities and meet up during the festival weekend and at other times.  Supporters receive a special window sticker and will be listed in the festival programme, unless you opt out.  If you are a tax payer also consider using gift aid.  See form for details.

Other ways of supporting us include;

Become a volunteer steward or part of the workforce
Sponsor a festival guest or event
Sponsor the festival programme, leaflet or posters
Donate your services

Make a donation (if you are a tax pay you can use gift aid to make the donation even more valuable)

If you would like to discuss any of the above or other ways of supporting us please contact us.
