TICKETS
Q. I have lost my tickets. Can you replace them?
A. Most other box offices or ticket agencies cannot or will not replace lost tickets, however we will help if we can. If you bought your tickets on line you can reprint your confirmation form if you still have it on your device. If you cannot reprint it, all you need is your name and the credit card you used to buy the tickets and we should be able to find you on the list when you arrive. If you bought directly from us by post please contact us and we will try to help you.
Q. Is it possible to get a refund on my ticket?
A. Sorry, we cannot normally refund unwanted tickets.
Q. Will tickets be available at the Festival?
A. It is best to buy in advance but tickets will, if not sold out, be on sale at the box office and on the door of some individual events over the long Festival weekend. You can check the website and Twitter for announcements about availability. Similarly Camping passes will be available from the camp site stewards.
Q. Can I pay by card?
A. From 2021 we hope to be accepting payment by most credit and debit cards in the box office.
Q. Why is there a booking fee charged on top of ticket price?
A. We sell our tickets direct to you by post at their face value. However if you book on line or via one of our official outlets you will also have to pay a booking fee as that is the way they cover the cost of offering this service for us and for you.
DISABLED
Q. Are there any concessions for the disabled?
A. We keep all tickets as cheap as we can so the only concessions we do are for under 16s who come with their parents or guardians. However were a disabled person over 16 cannot attend without a career we will consider not charging the career. Please contact if you need to discuss this.
Q. Are there any disabled facilities on the campsite?
A. We are sorry but as the campsite is just a farmer’s field we are unable to provide any special facilities except disabled toilets.
Q. Is the festival accessible to the disabled?
A. Most venues are public buildings and the rooms we use are on the ground floors. The exceptions to this are the Town Hall and Tenterden Club both of which have stairlift to the first floor where events are held but there are still one or two steps to negotiate. There are plans for a lift in the Town Hall by 2022.
Q. Are there disabled toilets available?
A. Disabled toilet facilities are available in the public toilets on the Recreation Ground and Station Road and in most venues.
Q. What should I do if I have any special needs to enable me to enjoy the festival?
A. If you have any special needs please contact us.
